Our Shipping Guide

We want to get your new sweater to you as quickly and affordably as possible! Here’s everything you need to know about our shipping.

Standard Shipping (Our most popular!)

To the USA: Arrives in about 12-15 days.
- $4.90 for your first item, then just $2.00 for each extra one.
International: Arrives in about 14-17 days.
- $4.90 for your first item, then just $2.00 for each extra one.

Expedited Shipping (When you need it faster!)

To the USA: Arrives in about 5-7 days.
- $14.90 for your first item, then $13.00 for each extra one.
International: Arrives in about 7-9 days.
- $14.90 for your first item, then $13.00 for each extra one.

Processing: We’ll get your order packed and ready to go within 1-2 business days (Mon-Fri).
Cut-Off Time: If you order before 5:00 PM EST (New York time), we’ll start processing it the same day! Otherwise, we’ll start the next business day.
Total Wait Time: Just remember, the total time until it’s at your door is Processing Time + Shipping Time.

The delivery times are estimates. Sometimes things like bad weather or customs checks can cause small delays.
International Friends: Your country might charge customs fees or taxes upon arrival. These fees are the customer’s responsibility.

“Where’s my order?” If your package is taking longer than expected, your tracking link is the best place to start. If that doesn’t help, send us an email within 30 days of the expected arrival date, and we’ll investigate for you.
Arrived Damaged? Oh no! Please snap a few clear photos of the damaged box and item, and email them to us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll get a replacement or refund sorted out for you.
Need to Cancel? You have a 24-hour window after ordering to cancel. After that, your order is already being processed, and we won’t be able to stop it.
