Our Refund & Replacement Promise

Hey there! At HopeLocalBrandUs, every item is specially made-to-order just for you. Because each product is personalized, we can’t accept returns. But don’t worry—your happiness is our top priority! If something isn’t right with your order, we’re here to help with a free replacement or a refund.

1. Need to Cancel? (24-Hour Window)

We get it, sometimes you change your mind! You can cancel your order and get a full refund within 24 hours of making your purchase. After that, your unique item will have already started the production process, so we won’t be able to issue a refund.

2. Something Wrong with Your Order? (15-Day Window)

Once your package arrives, please check it out. You have 15 days from the delivery date to let us know if there’s a problem. After 15 days, we unfortunately can’t offer a replacement or refund.

We’ll happily send a free replacement or a full refund if:

  • The item you received is completely different from the online description.

  • The product arrived damaged or has a clear manufacturing flaw.

  • Oops! We sent you the wrong item.

If the issue isn’t one of the above, we might be able to offer a partial refund (not including shipping costs).

A Few Important Things to Note:

  • Sale Items: Anything bought during a sale or promotion is a final sale and can’t be refunded or exchanged.

  • Please Double-Check Your Order: Since everything is custom, we can’t offer replacements for mistakes like picking the wrong size, design, or color. Please give your cart a quick review before you pay!

  • Screen vs. Reality: Colors on your screen might look slightly different from the actual product (up to 10%) due to lighting. This is a normal part of online shopping!

HOW TO MAKE A CLAIM

It’s easy! Just email our team at [email protected] with the following:

  • Your order number

  • A quick photo or video showing what’s wrong.

  • For printing issues, a clear picture of the error is perfect.

  • For size problems, a photo with a measuring tape is super helpful!

  • If something is missing, please send a picture of the package and its shipping label.

  • Your full shipping address

  • Your phone number

Our support team will review your info. If your claim is approved, we’ll get a brand-new item sent to you, on us! If for some reason we can’t send a replacement, we’ll give you a full refund (including shipping).
